Hart Parents,

As our first 6 weeks comes to an end, it is time to start considering the learning path for your child for the 2nd 6 weeks. If you would like to transition your child from remote-online learning to in-school learning, please contact the school office by Wednesday, September 16th. Remember, you are only permitted to switch once throughout the school year (unless you are asked to quarantine due to exposure to Covid-19, or you test positive for Covid-19). 

If you choose to come back to in-person learning, you will be required to return your school-issued device(s) with their chargers by Friday, September 18th.

If you plan to stay in remote-online learning, you do not have to contact the school office.


Transition from Remote-Learning to In-School Learning Documentation.

_______I have returned my school-issued devices and chargers.

_______I understand that if the devices that have been issued are lost or damaged, I am responsible for the cost of the device.
